I’m coming out

So did I get your attention?

Before you all start wondering about the status of my relationship, I can assure you that we are as happy, or perhaps even happier than before! No, I’m coming out with this: my website and growing coaching business that I’ve been keeping on the down low, but am super excited to be sharing with you now!

It’s been a while since I’ve written anything on here, life happened and a particular big life-changing moment happened, we moved to Bali! But I’m back, and with lots to share with you. As the dust is starting to settle a little here in beautiful Bali, I’m also ready to share with you all what I’ll be doing in the coming time.

Firstly, I’m getting ready to go on an 8-day Life Coach Training here in Bali tomorrow, led by Carl Massy. We’ll be going to a secret location amidst the rice fields close to beautiful Ubud, said to be the spiritual heart on the Island of the Gods. What better place to be at to really focus on expanding my coaching skills and perhaps even more importantly, doing some real soul work for myself so I can be of best service to my clients. There will be lots of training, meditation and yoga, and not to forget, some super yummy healthy food on site, courtesy of the lovely Ferry Tan. I’ll be sure to share with you my experiences on the training, so stay tuned for that!

This for me will also be the time when I really kick off my growing coaching business and with a lot of heart, soul and effort, hope to grow this work. The first step to doing that is to actually let you know that that is what I’m doing. As one of my dear friends pointed out, if you’re not sharing your work, it’s a journal. Fair point! So here we go, I’m coming out!

Frankly, it’s a little scary to do it. Yet the drive to make this work, to make it happen, to try and be the best person I can be, to learn and fall and get back up again, is bigger. If we do not follow our hearts, our passions, chase our dreams – all while feeling the weight of our fears – it’s a life not lived. It doesn’t matter if these dreams are big and small, as long as they are yours. This is mine and I’m going for it. I hope you’ll join me on my journey!
