The Big Challenge, Game on!

It’s been a week since I’ve been back from my Coach training with the ever energetic (some might say slightly hyper-active :)) and wise Carl Massy and his beautiful cheeky partner Ferry Tan – who was responsible for the amazing food during our training: think vegan, gluten and lactose-free, scrumptiously yummy and lots of it – for those of you who have know me, food and plenty of it, is one of my main raison d’être on this planet.

I’m not even sure where to begin with my reflection of an intense 8-day Coach training. There is so much. In short, it’s a bit of the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful. Lots of learning, mixed with awesome yoga sessions, meditation, reiki and massages. Comfort zones stretched sideways, upwards and out because that’s where we know growth happens. Definitely learned a lot: both on a level of adding more tools to my coaching skills, to a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection (yes, we can actually change our beliefs, thoughts and behaviours and this even shows up in our bodies), human relations (and believe me, when you put a bunch of people together for 8 days, these get tested) and perhaps most importantly, I learned a lot about myself.

I mostly learned that this is my path – a path I started walking many years ago already and ultimately led me to do my first coaching programme a couple of years ago, slowly build up a growing circle of clients and which now led me to continue building on this here. It has me sitting here, bubbling with excitement to know that I’m doing something that asks the very best of me to deliver the very best in you, and that more than anything else, brings meaning and purpose to my own life and that of others. I’m in the business of helping others to see light in darkness, achieve transformational change, and dream chasing and catching. Now, who wouldn’t get freaking excited about that?!

The coming year is all about me building up this business further with the amazing support and coaching of Carl all along the way, and I’m asking for your help too! So here it comes…

The Big Challenge: Carl has set me the challenge of scheduling 50 powerful coaching conversations in the next 30 days! (did I just hear a collective gasp in the background?)

Now I don’t need to do all of these sessions in those 30 days, but I do need to get them scheduled in the calendar for the next weeks and months. These can be done in person or over Skype, which is actually proving to be a great way of coaching people from anywhere in the world. Dutch or English, your pick!

So if you, or anyone else you know, might be interested in experiencing an actual coaching session, please get in touch (info@naomisaelens.com). All first sessions are for free, and if you or anyone else is interested in finding out what this coaching thing could do for you, this is a great opportunity.

Game on – who’s in?

So proud of you Naomi and I know that the people you Coach will be in for a such an amazing treat. I just love the ‘possibility’ that is available when a new set of eyes, experience, and perspective are added to someone’s life. Have fun!
